Part of the car’s unique safety and comfort suite is a feature which supplements adaptive cruise control by adding gentle steering support to help keep the car in its lane. It also assists in maintaining a set speed or distance from the car in front. Another Volvo feature known as ‘City Safety’ detects large obstacles on the road and supports the driver with audible and visible warnings, and braking assistance when needed.
